Homemade Typing is a computer typing tutor/game, for learning, improving, and testing your typing/keyboarding skills. You'll have great fun practicing your keyboarding skills. Download the shareware version from this website. You start with the home keys, then a new key is added every 25 words. You can see your words per minute and percent of accuracy all the time in the text from screen exercises. There is also a pause button in the text from screen exercises, so you can take a break without hurting your score. In the game part, you must type the characters off the aliens before they reach the ground. Every so often the screen will show your score and you can take a quick break, then hit the enter key to continue.

The shareware version is yours to use as long as you like and gives you enough lessons to get you started.
