After clicking the link to the file you want to download, you'll see this dialog box.

Click on the Save button

Next use the pull down arrow in the Save in: location box to navigate to a directory and then once in the directory double click a folder to save it in. If you want to you can create a folder at this point by clicking the create folder icon in this dialog box, typing a name for it, hitting the Enter key, then double clicking it so that your software goes inside it.

Next a dialog box appears showing you the download progress.

After it's done downloading click the Close button to install later or the Open button to install immediately.

If you closed the file for installing later. Navigate to the location that you stored it in

Now that you've found your file, double click on InstallHomeMadeTyping.exe or InstallHmdMth.exe depending on what file you downloaded. Follow the install wizard's instructions. You don't need to keep the install file after you have installed the software unless you want it for a backup incase you need to do a reinstall.
